We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Send a ‘Return Request’ to with the subject line “Return Request – #[Your Order ID] and Product Details in the mail body to avoid any confusion. Also, mention the reason why you are returning this product along with Photos clicked by your smartphone to support your claim. Alternatively, you can call us at 011-40658564 to directly connect with our helpline executive and share information with them. We’ll investigate on your concern and will try to close your complaint within 4-5 working days.

We offer a one-time returns & exchange policy with free-pickup facility only against manufacturing defects/stains/improper stitching. After that no returns request will be accepted. If you wish to return the product and can not find a suitable product at that time, we’ll refund the amount to your ROMEE’s account’s wallet. So that you can purchase in near future.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS/Call on the day of pick up.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: 011-40658564.

At Romee we have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

1. Only size exchanges are allowed.

2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund in wallet and purchase the new item separately.
